The CTO Team leaderboard has made new agreements, especially regarding holders who have a minimum of 1 million $GRIMREAPER coins/tokens, namely by creating a WhatsApp group or a Telegram group. These holders have a target community or group members of 1000 accounts and must have identities that comply with the law in each country where the holder comes from. We do this for sustainable of its token utilities so in the future when the $GRIMREAPER ecosystem develops will have a strong legal basis as an under lying for more developing option such as : ETF ; perpetual or any derivatif trading options. This ensures that if in the future, there are market manipulation practices outside the holder accounts that are legally registered according to the law in each country, it is not the responsibility of the $GRIMREAPER coin community and ecosystem. With the certainty of 1000 clear holder accounts and the price of the $GRIMREAPER coin/token will continue to be on the right track, and there will be no significant price volatility because the portion of the main holders of 1000 accounts is always well controlled and its accountability well maintained by the law Therefore, for all people in the world who want to invest in $GRIMREAPER coins, they won't worry about scams, any losses or rugpull for good.
